Sometimes in this life it’s not always easy to stay calm and keep a cool head through out the day. This inspirational piece will tell how to handle a tough day, and make it through.

What do you do when you open your eyes in the morning? Do you simply just jump out of bed saying, ‘oh no here goes another day. Sigh?’ I’m sure we’ve all done this at some point in our lives, and we probably do it more often then we should. So how should you wake up in the morning? When you open your eyes, you should say thank you for another day to be alive and living on this beautiful planet called earth. God has given you another day to be alive and that should be reason enough to wake up with a smile on your face. That is how you should be getting out of bed in the morning.

Make sure that you are not late for work or if you’re studying then don’t be late for your classes. If you set your alarm for the correct time in the morning, then make sure that you DO NOT press the snooze button. Get up on time, and make sure that you are on time for wherever you need to be. If you arrive late in the morning you’ll be in a frenzy the whole morning and your day wont be off to a very good start.

What do you do when loads of work has been piled on top of your desk, and you have to get through it all by then end of the day? Do you freak out and think, I can’t and wont get through all of this? That is not going to help you get through everything you need to do. What you need to do, is take it one step at a time. Remember to keep reminding yourself that you can get through all of this one task at a time. If it really becomes too much to handle, Just take a few minutes to pray about it, and ask God to help you to stay calm and stress free and help you to get everything done in time. Don’t take on everything at once. You may like to think your superman/woman, but unfortunately you’re not. So stick to one task at a time.

When the day comes to an end you’ll find that you managed to get through it all with a clear and calm head. You will then realize that it all happened because you changed your thoughts from thinking that you just can’t face the day to thinking that you will stay calm and make it through the day. You may have asked God to help you get through all of your tasks as well. Yes changing your thought pattern did help get you through, but God himself was the one who has kept you alive for yet another day. When you go to sleep remember to thank God for that and everything else he did for you that day, and finally thank him for just the sheer magnificence of making it through another beautiful day.
